How the assessment works
A careful, clinical look at whether B12 is right for you.
At your appointment, a pharmacist will go through your symptoms, medical history, current medicines and any relevant lifestyle factors — diet, age, long-term medications, conditions that affect absorption. B12 symptoms overlap with a lot of other things (low iron, thyroid issues, poor sleep, stress), so getting that picture right matters before deciding what helps.
If a B12 injection is suitable, we'll explain why and what to expect. If it isn't — for example, if symptoms point elsewhere or a blood test would help first — we'll say so and advise on the right next step. A B12 injection is not a general energy boost, and we won't sell it as one.
