Booking is the easy part. The work happens before you walk in.
After you book
A short pre-consultation form lands in your inbox. Tell us where you're going, when, and what you're planning. The pharmacist reads through this before your appointment.
Bring with you
A list of your current medication, your vaccination history if available, and your itinerary. We can usually pull historical vaccinations from your GP record with consent — but the patient's own records are more reliable.
Cancellations
No charge to reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a £25 fee that goes toward NHS travel scheme funding for under-served patients.
