We prescribe Mounjaro (tirzepatide, dual GLP-1/GIP, NICE TA1026) and Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4mg, NICE TA875). SURMOUNT-1 showed ~21% weight loss on Mounjaro at 72 weeks; STEP-1 showed ~15% on Wegovy at 68 weeks.
