SURMOUNT-1 showed ~21% weight loss on Mounjaro at 72 weeks; STEP-1 showed ~15% on Wegovy at 68 weeks. Escalation: Mounjaro 2.5 → 15mg weekly; Wegovy 0.25 → 2.4mg weekly.
